Accessibility statement.
Webtoro33 is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability. We actively work to ensure our website, and the websites we build for our clients, meet the legal accessibility standard used by U.S. courts to evaluate ADA Title III compliance.
Conformance target
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG defines requirements that make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including people with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments.
We also measure against the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, which incorporate WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the operative legal standard for public-facing websites.
Measures we take
Accessibility is built into our development process from day one, not bolted on at the end:
- Every page is tested with automated accessibility scanners on every build.
- Every page is manually tested with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation before release.
- Every launch is reviewed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria.
- Every launch ships with a signed compliance certificate and archived audit reports.
- We retain all launch-day audit reports for a minimum of 36 months as part of our good-faith compliance documentation.
Current status
Webtoro33.com is designed and tested to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We review compliance quarterly and whenever new content, forms, or third-party components are added. We are not aware of any known conformance gaps at the time this statement was last reviewed.
Third-party content
Some content and components on this site, or on client sites we build, may be provided by third parties (for example, embedded forms, maps, chat widgets, or video players). We evaluate every third-party component for accessibility before integrating it, and we choose vendors that meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Where a third-party component has a known accessibility limitation, we document it below and actively pursue a remediation.
Known third-party limitations
None at this time.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, we want to know. We treat every report as a priority and respond within one business day.
- Email: webtoro33@gmail.com
- Please include: the page URL, the specific issue you encountered, and the assistive technology or browser you were using.
If your issue is urgent and you need information from this site that you could not access, we will work with you to provide that information by an alternative channel within 24 hours.
For clients: ADA demand-letter response
If you are a Webtoro33 client who has received an ADA demand letter or lawsuit related to your website, contact us immediately at webtoro33@gmail.com. We will provide:
- Your archived launch-day audit reports, demonstrating your compliance posture at go-live.
- Any subsequent quarterly audit reports from our records.
- A written summary of the build process and standards we applied.
This documentation supports the good-faith compliance defense recognized by U.S. courts. We recommend every client engage an ADA Title III defense attorney within five business days of receiving a demand letter. Do not respond in writing or admit liability without legal counsel.
Statement updates
